Because we no longer use the T drive, the 'Scan to network folder' option on the staff base printers is no longer valid. We have therefore set up the printers to 'Scan to Email' where by an email is sent to a chosen email address with the scanned document attached. 

The attached PDF gives instructions on how to do this on the two* main types of printer that we currently have.

*There's actually three different models but two of which have identical menus so the instructions are the same.
